The Website is a private wedding information portal for guests of Nikkita Rodgers & Justin Lynch. It provides:

• Online RSVP submission and meal selection

3. SMS Text Message Terms

3.1 Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile phone number through our RSVP form or any other means on the Website, and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us. Your consent is not a condition of attending the wedding.

3.2 Program Description

The SMS service is a wedding notification program. Messages may include, but are not limited to: RSVP confirmations, wedding day reminders, schedule updates, venue information, and links to the Website.

3.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on wedding-related needs. You can expect approximately 2–6 messages between RSVP and the wedding date. Additional messages may be sent if schedule changes or important announcements arise.

3.4 Costs

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. We are not responsible for any charges incurred for receiving SMS messages. Please contact your mobile carrier for pricing details.

3.5 How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply STOP to any message you receive. Your opt-out request will be processed immediately, and you will receive one final confirmation message. After that, you will receive no further messages unless you re-subscribe.
